Refund policy

Returns Policy:

This policy applies to all online purchases made via www.imeldasshoes.co.uk

This policy does not apply to purchases made over the counter at our Imeldas Shoe Boutique shop, 1 Guildhall, Norwich, NR2 1JH
We offer a full refund on goods returned for any reason, providing they are returned within 14 days of the delivery date, along with a valid receipt.


If you change your mind:

If you wish to cancel your order, please return the goods, in the original packaging, including all protective packaging, extra laces, accessories etc within 14 days of the delivery date, enclosing the original receipt. On receipt of the goods, we will reimburse the purchase price onto the credit/debit card/paypal account used to pay for the goods within 14 days. We recommend using a recorded delivery service to post the goods back to us, as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods until we receive them. 

If you wish to exchange your goods for another size or colour, please complete the returns form included with your parcel and return the shoes to us at the address below. Upon receipt of the original goods (with the original receipt, in the original packaging, and unworn) we will post the new size/colour to you.

Alternatively you can contact us by phone (01603761940) or email (imeldasshoes1@gmail.com) and let us know what size/colour you would prefer and we will hold the item for you (providing we have the size/colour you requested in stock).

Please note that the customer will be responsible for any additional postage costs.

You may also return goods in person to the above address. Please provide proof of purchase (the original receipt or a print-out of your receipt page), the credit/debit card used to purchase the goods, and the goods (in the original packing, unworn). You may also exchange goods in this way, providing we have the correct size/colour in stock.


If your goods are faulty:

If you find your goods to be faulty, please return them to the above address, enclosing a description of the fault on the returns form included with your parcel and the original receipt. If we agree that there is a fault, we will reimburse you the total purchase price of the goods or offer you an exchange.
